Water Intake Calculator
Calculate your recommended daily water intake based on weight, activity level, and climate.
About This Calculator
This water intake calculator estimates how much water you should drink each day based on three key factors: your body weight, physical activity level, and environmental climate. The general guideline is 30 ml of water per kilogram of body weight as a baseline. This amount is then adjusted upward based on your activity level and the climate you're in.
For example, someone weighing 70 kg with moderate activity in a hot climate might need around 2.5–3 liters per day, while someone sedentary in temperate weather may only need 2 liters. Remember that this is an estimate — individual needs vary based on health, diet, pregnancy, illness, and other factors.
Staying properly hydrated supports digestion, circulation, temperature regulation, and cognitive function. Drink water regularly throughout the day, not just when you feel thirsty.
